Responsibilities
Will be responsible for the development and administration of compensation and benefit programs. Responsibilities include incentive programs, job evaluation and salary administration, and various employee benefit programs..
You will ensure that compensation and benefit programs support the organisation's strategic objectives. Supervise direct and functional reports, and established individual performance objectives and reviews performance against goals, and provide counseling where required. Plan and grant salary increases as appropriate, and handle discipline and documentation steps in problem employee situations. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be a higher education degree holder and possess strong analytical and effective communication skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience of which a focus in C&B area is required and preferably gained from sizable multinational organizations, experience in labor low required. Possess good problem solving skills and ability to manage and influence colleagues.
Relevant English skills to communicate with English - speaking top - managers.
