  Приоритетной задачей работника службы поддерджки является предоставление нашим Основной задачей специалиста службы поддерджки клиентов является предоставление нашим клиентам сервиса высшего качества. Это включает в себя общение с клиентами по средствам телефонных звонков либо электронной почты с целью помощи в разрешении их проблем, общение с партнерскими организациями и быстрое разрешение возникающих задач.

  Требования:

  - владение английским языком на уровне свободного ведения граммотной делоовой переписки и деловых разговоров

  - усидчивость

  - умение концентрироваться на выполняемой работе

  - умение доводить начатое дело до конца

  - желание предоставлять сервис наивысшего уровня

  - желание помогать клиентам во всех вопросах

  - внимание к деталям и аккуратность

  - умение принимать самостоятельные решения

  - знание ПК на уровне уверенного пользователя

  - стрессоустойчивость

  Обязанности:

  - обработка большого количества входящих звонков

  - корректная помощь клиентам в решении возникших у них вопросов

  - выполнение ежедневных отчетов

  The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the best in class service to our customers, interactions with manufacturers, providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns or requests while maintaining the highest level of integrity.

  The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

  The right candidate must have:

  - Desire to deliver an incredible customer experience

  - Excellent interpersonal communication, strong writing and phone etiquette skills

  - Ability and willingness to learn quickly

  - Ability to manage difficult customer calls and resolve issues quickly

  - Stay calm under pressure and manage stress while working in a fast-paced environment

  - Intermediate knowledge of PC software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

  - Ability to make independent decisions

  - Prior customer service experience is a plus, however we will train

  - Knowledge of automotive parts industry preferred but not required

  - Attention to detail and accuracy

  - Excellent English is a MUST

  Duties include but not limited to:

  - Handling a high volume of inbound calls with enthusiasm and courtesy

  - Understanding the products and consumer expectations

  - Speaking thoroughly and professionally in dealing with clients and customers

  - Strive for one call resolution with every call

  - Compliance with daily task list

  Job Description

  American based call center located in Nikolaev, Ukraine, is in need of an experienced English teacher that can join our team of fellow Americans in developing the language capabilities of our staff. We'll consider relocation within Ukraine for the right individual. Please send your resume or contact us for more information if interested.

  Responsibilities:

  • Teach English in accordance with the existing program

  • Prepare for classes

  • Control students' educational process

  • Check homework

  • Create schedules

  • Test students

  • Conduct conversation/movie classes

  Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be from the US

  • Must have prior English teaching experience (English Teaching certificate preferred)

  Must commit to 6 to 12 months contract

  • Must be able to speak clearly

  • Must have a high level of organizational skills

  • Must currently be located in Ukraine for relocation to Nikolaev
