Right now we are looking for Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Vinnitsa at NICE project.
Job description:
- Performing remote installations of NICE Software on the Customer Sites.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main technical contact in front of the customer.
- Document and track all tickets in the CRM system.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
- Interface with the Nice support organization to address identified issues.
- Implement defined corrective actions on identified technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in computer science.
- Minimum 2-4 years technical experience with in the industry.
- Knowledge and experience in System Administration, Storage Systems (EMC, IBM),
- Networking, Databases (MS SQL).
- Experience as a DBA (MS SQL) – an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Telephony (TDM, VOIP) – an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Systems and Applications performance tuning – an advantage.
We expect that a Maintenance Engineer for this project will have:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
- Team Player - ability to work well in a close team environment.
- Fluent communication (verbal and writing) skills in English.
- Ability to travel abroad.
- Excel in working in fast-paced, stressful situations.
- Work with little direct supervision.
