- Project manager/ Leader
A fast growing US based company opens a position for a Web Development Project Leader / Manager in Nikolaev ( company's open to hire specialist from other cities, who 's ready to move to Nikolaev), Ukraine. We are seeking a highly qualified professional to become great addition to our large development team.
Responsibilities:
Improve operations of a large multi-skilled web-development department
Organize and manage various eCommerce projects
Manage several project teams, optimizing their work to ensure maximum efficiency
Participate in project planning
Provide technical leadership
Analyze team performance
Personally track and overlook project execution effort
Supervise and manage staff on their day-to-day tasks
Manage corporate training sessions
Report directly to the CEO
Requirements:
At least 5 years of project leader experience
Deep understanding of Web Development / eCommerce project concepts
Excellent planning and management skills
Ability to completely organize and manage project team
Strong written and spoken English is a must for this position
